Building smarter businesses with AI, cybersecurity & technology.

As CEO of Group 4 Networks, I help organizations turn complex technology into practical business advantage by combining AI strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and hands-on technology leadership.

I have spent more than 15 years learning what businesses actually need from IT

I’m Damir Grubisa, CEO of Group 4 Networks. Building and running a managed service business in Toronto has shaped how I think about technology: reliability comes first, security has to be built in, and every new tool needs to solve a real business problem.

Today, much of my focus is on the next phase of managed IT. AI, automation and custom applications are creating an opportunity to move from reactive support toward proactive and increasingly self-healing technology operations.

Where technology meets business strategy

My focus is not technology for technology’s sake. It is finding the right combination of strategy, security, infrastructure and innovation to move a business forward.

AI Strategy & Adoption

Turning AI from a trend into a practical operating advantage through thoughtful adoption, automation and intelligent workflows.

Cybersecurity & Resilience

Building security into the business with modern protection, risk reduction, zero-trust thinking and resilient operations.

Cloud & Modern Infrastructure

Designing scalable technology foundations that support distributed teams, modern applications and long-term growth.

Technology Leadership

Connecting technology priorities to business outcomes, budgets, risk, people and executive decision-making.

Automation & Operations

Removing repetitive work and operational friction with connected systems, automation and better processes.

Business Technology Strategy

Helping leadership teams decide what to modernize, what to protect, what to automate and where technology can create leverage.

From managed IT to intelligent, self-healing technology

For more than 15 years, Group 4 Networks has operated as a Toronto managed service provider, helping organizations keep their technology reliable, secure and productive. Now we are building on that foundation for a new era of managed services shaped by AI, automation and software.

The goal is not to replace the human relationship that has always defined our business. It is to combine experienced people with intelligent systems that can detect, diagnose and increasingly remediate technology problems automatically, while giving clients new ways to improve their operations through custom AI applications and development.

From managed services to products, AI operations and self-healing IT

After more than 15 years running Group 4 Networks, my focus is expanding beyond traditional managed IT. We are building our own AI and cybersecurity products, connecting operational data into a unified command center and using automation to reduce noise, accelerate response and move more routine IT work toward controlled self-healing.

SecureAware

A human-risk testing platform developed by Group 4 Networks for realistic SMS and voice phishing simulations, measurable risk scoring and executive reporting beyond traditional email-only awareness programs.

VocalStaff.ai

AI voice agents built for real business conversations, including customer support, appointment booking, lead qualification and integrations with the systems organizations already use.

G4NS AI Command Center

Our internal operations and security command center brings signals from multiple monitoring, security and service tools into one operational view. AI helps reduce notification noise, add context, prioritize what matters and support controlled remediation.

Self-Healing IT

Moving managed services beyond alerts and tickets toward systems that can detect common problems, apply approved remediation and escalate only when human judgment is needed.

AI-Driven Operations

Connecting monitoring, documentation, service workflows and automation so routine IT work becomes faster, more consistent and increasingly proactive.
