How I think about AI in operations

I see managed services progressing through four stages: reactive IT, proactive IT, automated IT and self-healing IT. The G4NS AI Command Center is how I am putting that thinking into practice inside Group 4 Networks. It brings signals from multiple monitoring, security and service tools into one operational view, and AI helps reduce notification noise, add context, prioritize what matters and support controlled remediation.
